Our fully-equipped mobile espresso vans can provide great coffee at your next event. Whether you’re after one barista for a private function, four vans for a big festival, or a barista every week at a local market, bringing a café vibe to your event couldn’t be simpler. We have three different event packages that we can tailor to suit your specific needs.
If you’re hosting a private function and you’d like to provide freshly-made espresso coffee for your guests, the Caterer package is right for you. It works like a bar tab: we charge a fee in exchange for coffee ‘credits’ and an agreed period of time that we’ll be exclusively present at your event. Our Caterer package is perfect for corporate functions, weddings and parties. The minimum spend is $300 +GST which allows for 70 small hot beverages (see our for more information) over two hours.
For large public events we’ll give your organization a pre-agreed percentage of our takings at your event. This is our way of thanking you for inviting us, as well as supporting our community. Our Fundraiser package is perfect for school galas, festivals and sporting fixtures.
To contribute to the costs of holding an event, many organizers require a stallholder fee to be paid by vendors attending. The Bean Master attends numerous of these kinds of events around the country – but we’ve got room for plenty more!
